The Quality Control Technician supports the Quality team by monitoring production processes and performing quality checks to ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 111 and internal standards.
This role focuses on accuracy, compliance enforcement, and real-time observation—ensuring that procedures are followed, materials meet specifications, and documentation is complete and correct.

Quality Control Technician Position Description
Product Development Coordinator
The Product Development Coordinator supports new product launches by managing quotes, samples, supplier sourcing, and project coordination between Sales, Formulation, Purchasing, and Production.
This role focuses on execution and follow-through — ensuring details are handled quickly and accurately so projects move forward without delays or bottlenecks.

Label and Packaging Design Specialist
The Label and Packaging Design Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing all product label artwork across ViaCore's custom and private label product lines.
This role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and organization — ensuring all labels are print-ready, properly versioned, and aligned with production requirements.
